CHP Investigates Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Collision near 4th Street
Tustin, CA (October 3, 2023) On Monday morning, a pedestrian crash on 55 Freeway left a person dead.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal auto-pedestrian collision happened at about 11:35 a.m. on the northbound side of the 55 Freeway near Tustin in Orange County.
Reports say that a silver Toyota Tacoma pickup fatally struck a pedestrian attempting to cross the freeway.
Authorities are investigating the fatal collision and have not released further information at this time.
