COSTA MESA, CA (March 3, 2024) – Saturday night, a horrific pedestrian crash on 405 Freeway near Fairview Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 8:12 p.m. on San Diego 405 Freeway, just north of Fairview Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle struck a female pedestrian who was seen yelling at and hitting passing vehicles and even crawling under vehicles.
