BAKERSFIELD, CA (August 31, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a horrific motorcycle crash on Ming Avenue near New Stine Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 11:28 a.m. on the 5500 block of Ming Avenue, near New Stine Road.

According to the Bakersfield Police Department, an SUV attempted to make a left turn from eastbound Ming Avenue and collided with a westbound motorcycle.

Moreover, responders rushed the female motorcyclist to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
