SONOMA COUNTY, CA (November 1, 2023) – Saturday night, a horrific hit-and-run crash on Petaluma Hill Road and E Railroad Avenue killed 1 person.

The incident happened on Petaluma Hill Road, south of East Railroad Avenue, at around midnight.

According to reports, first responders came to the scene and found a man dead. Meanwhile, the involved vehicle had already fled the crash scene upon their arrival.

Furthermore, the authorities urged anyone with information about the incident to contact CHP at 707-641-8300.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
