DALLAS, TX (April 14, 2024) – Saturday morning, a horrific hit-and-run crash on 11200 Petal Street and Jupiter Road killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 2:45 a.m. in the 11200 block of Petal Street, west of Jupiter Road.

According to reports, as a male victim walked on Petal Street, a car hit him.

As a result, the pedestrian succumbed to injuries at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver fled the crash scene, without stopping.

However, the authorities haven’t determined the make and model of the car as of this writing. Also, the victim’s identity remained undisclosed due to pending family notification.

Furthermore, the authorities urged anyone with information about the incident to contact Dallas Police.
