2 Big Rigs Collide in Traffic Crash Near FM 1485
Montgomery County, TX (June 8, 2024) On Friday morning, a man was seriously hurt after a disastrous big rig crash on Interstate 69.
According to authorities, the horrific traffic crash happened on the southbound lanes of I-69, north of FM 1485.Reports say that 2 18-wheelers were involved in the crash.
Officials say that one big rig has a transmission failure and was stopped in the moving lane of traffic, when another semi-truck crashed the stalled vehicle from the rear.
First responders say that a male driver was trapped inside one of the big rigs, the man was rushed to the hospital. Officials say that the man is in critical condition.
Meanwhile, the big rig that rear-ended the stalled semi, burst into flames when wreckers were trying to separate it from the wreck.
