HARRIS COUNTY, TX (November 9, 2023) – Monday morning, a horrific big rig crash on Crosby-Lynchburg Road and Highway 90 killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 8:00 a.m. on Crosby-Lynchburg Road, south of Highway 90.

According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, an 18-wheeler collided with a sedan, killing one person at the scene,

Meanwhile, the authorities closed the road in both directions, and traffic were diverted back to the East Freeway and Highway 90.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
