1 Dead in Stockton Bicycle Auto Accident on Mariposa Road and Highway 99
STOCKTON, CA (March 29, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, a 52-year-old man died in a horrific bicycle crash on Mariposa Road and Highway 99.
The incident happened at about 4:49 p.m. on Mariposa Road, east of Highway 99.
According to the Stockton Police Department, the authorities described the bicyclist as a 52-year-old man.
After a semi-truck hit the bicyclist, the man succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the authorities temporarily shut down Mariposa Road while they investigated the collision, but it has since reopened.
