1 Dead in Baldwin Hills Multi-Vehicle Accident on La Cienega Boulevard and Obama Boulevard

BALDWIN HILLS, CA (December 12, 2023) – Sunday night, a horrific 3-vehicle crash on La Cienega Boulevard and Obama Boulevard killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 11:22 p.m. on La Cienega Boulevard and Obama Boulevard, said a des officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.

Meanwhile, the man driving southbound in northbound lanes was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, the officer added.

Also, a man and woman in one of the vehicles into which he crashed were transported to a hospital for treatment of their injuries, he added.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
