ORANGE, CA (July 31, 2023) – Sunday morning, a horrific 2-vehicle crash on Garden Grove Freeway and Santa Ana Freeway killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 10:20 a.m. on Garden Grove 22 Freeway and Santa Ana 5 Freeway.

According to reports, the crash involved two vehicles, including a pickup truck and a small sedan.

Moreover, a representative from the Orange County Coroner’s Office responded to the location at 10:36 a.m.

Then, the authorities issued a Sigalert at 11:24 a.m. which shut down the transition road for an unknown duration.
