Dallas, TX (October 29, 2024) On Sunday morning, a tragic 2-vehicle cash on Elam Road claimed the lives of 2 people.

According to Dallas Police, the horrific accident happened at about 4:30 a.m. at the intersection with N Masters Drive.

Authorities responded to a deadly crash in the Pleasant Grove neighborhood. The collision involved a red Chevy Corvette and a box truck.

Investigators revealed that the Corvette was traveling eastbound on Elam when it reportedly ran a red light, striking the left passenger side of the box truck.

The Corvette continued beneath the truck, collided with a power pole, and came to a stop along the tree line.

Tragically, both occupants of the Corvette lost their lives in the accident, while the box truck’s driver remained on the scene and cooperated with authorities.
