1 Dead in Santa Ana Pedestrian Accident on State Route 241 and Santiago Canyon Road
SANTA ANA, CA (March 8, 2022) – Sunday, a female hitchhiker died in a crash on State Route 241 and Santiago Canyon Road.
According to reports, the incident happened just after 9:00 p.m. when a vehicle struck the hitchhiker. Moreover, it occurred on State Route 241 and Santiago Canyon Road off-ramp.
Also, authorities confirmed that the woman died at the scene. As a result of the crash, authorities shut down several lanes for more than an hour.
At this time, the authorities didn’t disclose any information on the status of the driver.
