LOS ANGELES, CA (February 4, 2024) – Friday night, a horrific hit-and-run crash on Washington Place near East Boulevard killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 8:10 p.m. on Washington Place near East Boulevard.

According to reports, a dark-colored SUV traveled east on Washington Place. Then, it hit the pedestrian as he was crossing the street near East Boulevard in an unmarked crosswalk.

“The dark-colored SUV continued driving eastbound on Washington Place, stopped momentarily, but then continued driving east on Washington Place without stopping to identify themselves or render aid as required by law,” according to police.

Culver City Fire Department paramedics came to the scene and declared the man dead. t
