Woodland Hills, CA (November 22, 2023) – On Wednesday night, a pedestrian sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Topanga Canyon and Victory Boulevard.

Reportedly, the suspect in the L.A. hit-and-run struck a pedestrian at Topanga Canyon and Victory Boulevard, then fled the scene around 6:01 p.m., prompting officers to initiate a pursuit.

Less than a half mile away, at approximately 6:02 p.m., the suspects crashed their vehicle into two other cars at Owensmouth Avenue and Victory Boulevard.

Video footage of the wreckage, posted on the Citizen app, depicted the chaotic scene, leading to police redirecting traffic in the bustling retail shopping area. Three cars in the intersection displayed significant damage.

The specific vehicle operated by the hit-and-run suspect during the pursuit remains unclear. Los Angeles Fire Department medical personnel responded to the hit-and-run victim, rushing them to the hospital.

At the crash site, police reported that a roughly 50-year-old man in one of the affected vehicles was conscious and breathing. Although paramedics assessed him for injuries, he was not transported to the hospital.
