I-8 Hit-and-Run Collision Under Investigation
Winterhaven, CA (March 19, 2024) Early Sunday morning, a woman was hurt and hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 8.
Authorities say that the hit-and-run collision happened at about 3 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 8 near Winterhaven.
Reports say that a Ford F-150 rear-ended a Toyota Tundra, and then fled the scene without stopping.
Officials say that a woman was injured and was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center.
Authorities are investigating the horrific crash and are searching for the suspect driver and vehicle who remains at large.
