AUSTIN, TX (August 7, 2024) – Sunday morning, a horrific hit-and-run crash on 10800 North Lamar Boulevard killed one person.

The incident happened at around 2:08 a.m. at the 10800 block of North Lamar Boulevard.

According to the Austin Police Department, a vehicle struck a pedestrian, and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders pronounced the victim, dead at the scene.
