Fullerton, CA (December 11, 2024) On Monday evening, a female bicyclist was killed after a horrific hit-and-run crash near South Euclid Street.

According to Fullerton police, the fatal incident happened at about 8 p.m. near South Euclid Street and West Orangethorpe Avenue.

Reports say that the collision took place at approximately 8 p.m. near South Euclid Street and West Orangethorpe Avenue.

Officers arrived to find the victim, a woman walking her bicycle in the left eastbound lane of Orangethorpe. She was pronounced dead at the scene, and her identity has not yet been released.

Investigators determined the woman was first struck by a 2003 Lexus RX 300. The Lexus driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. However, a second vehicle, described as a light-colored pickup truck, also hit the woman and fled without stopping.
