Reports said that the incident happened at around 9:30 p.m. near 33rd and Northern Avenue.

According to the Phoenix Police, a vehicle struck a female pedestrian who was crossing Northern Avenue at 33rd Avenue. Then, the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
