Lynn Nguyen Arrested in San Jose Hit-and-Run Crash
San Jose, CA (December 18, 2021) – On Thursday, 35-year-old Hillary Lopez of Fremont, dies, and officers arrested 71-year-old Lynn Nguyen, in a hit-and-run crash on Senter Road.
Investigating officers said Nguyen was fleeing the scene of a previous collision 1,500 feet away when her BMW rear-ended Lopez’s Toyota near Wool Creek.
Nguyen took off again after hitting Lopez’s vehicle. She continued northbound until her vehicle became completely inoperable.
Immediately, emergency rescuers took Lopez to a nearby hospital where she died.

Later on, the authorities arrested Nguyen with charges of vehicular manslaughter and two counts of felony hit and run.
