San Diego, CA (August 12, 2022) On Thursday, a 2-vehicle collision on Highway 94 injured a 21-year-old San Diego female driver.

Authorities say that the suspected DUI collision on SR-94 happened at around 1 p.m.

Reports say that a 37-year-old San Bernardino man on a Cadillac sedan Collided with a GMC SUV driven by the San Diego woman.

Officers say that both drivers suffered injuries. Officials say that the male driver becomes uncooperative while being treated by medical personnel.

Furthermore, officials restrained the man to a gurney, but the driver was able to remove himself from his restraints and tried to exit the back of the ambulance.

The CHP arrested the male driver for suspected driving under the influence of drugs.
