4-Year-Old Child Fatally Struck by Vehicle on Highway 9

Arlington, WA (August 19, 2022) On Friday afternoon, a fatal accident claimed the life of a 4-year-old child in the 15100 block of Highway 9.

Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department says that the fatal collision happened at around 2 p.m.

Authorities say that a vehicle drove up a driveway and fatally struck a child playing outside their home.

Unfortunately, the minor died at the scene due to the collision.

SCSD is investigating the crash and has not released additional information at this time.
