Authorities believe that the cooper may have not stopped at a stop sign or just pulled out of the stop sign before running into the Toyota.
Moreover, the truck crashed into the car’s driver side. The impact of the crash killed the woman and her dog, while the man inside the car sustained serious injuries. Medics airlifted him to a hospital.
Meanwhile, 2 male occupants on the Toyota suffered moderate to major injuries. Paramedics transported both men to a hospital via ground ambulance.
CHP says that all occupants were buckled up and no one showed signs of impairment.
