According to the Odessa Police Department, the fatal accident happened around 10:51 a.m. on the 400 block of E. IH-20.
Reports say that a hit-and-run on Highway 20 in Odessa left one person dead.
Officers discovered a man lying in the center median after being struck by a vehicle.
