Highway 129 Traffic Crash Seriously Hurt 43-Year-Old Watsonville Man [Santa Cruz, CA]

Santa Cruz, CA (November 3, 2022) On Friday, a traffic crash on Highway 129 injured a 43-year-old male pedestrian from Watsonville.

CHP says that the pedestrian accident happened at about 10 p.m. within the Highway 129 traffic lanes.

Reports say that westbound a 2016 Newflyer Xcelsior Bus struck a Watsonville man walking in the traffic lanes.

A 44-year-old male driver from Santa Cruz was driving the bus, he stayed at the scene until officials arrived on the scene.

Officials found the pedestrian who sustained serious injuries. Medics transported the patient to a hospital.

Furthermore, officials are investigating the pedestrian accident and have not released further information at this time.
