Injuries in Five Vehicle Crash on Napa County

Napa County, CA (August 06, 2021) – On Thursday, two people suffered injuries in Highway 12 vehicle crash.

The accident happened at about 6:35 a.m. between Napa and Sonoma counties.

Two cars moving in opposite directions sideswiped each other on the roadway near Haire Lane. Then, a third driver trying to avoid the accident lost control of his vehicle. It hit a guardrail and rested on the shoulder. Subsequently, a fourth vehicle was sideswiped and a fifth following it was rear-ended.

Emergency responders took two people to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center with minor injuries.

Meanwhile, traffic crews reduced lanes as the authorities investigate the Highway 12 vehicle crash. They reopened the roadway at 8:27 a.m.

The perverse actions of a reckless driver can increase the likelihood of traffic collisions.

If you are a driver, pay close attention to those around you.

Always keep a considerable distance from others just in case harm is near.
