24-Year-Old Woman Dies in River Street Pedestrian Collision
Santa Cruz, CA (August 5, 2022) On Thursday, a 24-year-old woman died and a 4-year-old child was injured in a pedestrian accident on Highway 1.
Santa Cruz Police say that the fatal collision happened at around 12:45 a.m. at River Street.
Reports say that a vehicle heading north struck the woman and child crossing the highway at River Street.
Authorities say that the woman died at the hospital, while the minor is in stable condition.
