Heriberto Jimenez Dies in Lankershim Boulevard Pedestrian Crash [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (November 7, 2023) On Sunday morning, 36-year-old Heriberto Jimenez of Sun Valley was fatally struck in a hit-and-run crash on Lankershim Boulevard.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the fatal crash happened at about 4 a.m. at Lankershim Boulevard south of Valerio Street.

Reports say that a dark-colored truck fatally struck Jimenez, and fled the scene before authorities arrived.

Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner identified Jimenez.

Authorities are investigating the fatal hit-and-run in North Hollywood and are actively searching for the suspect driver.
