Henry Herrera Jr Dies in Horrific Crash on Division Avenue [San Antonio, TX]

San Antonio, TX (October 28, 2024) On Saturday evening, 56-year-old Henry Herrera Jr. was killed in a horrific crash on Division Avenue.

According to authorities, the fatal crash happened at about 7:30 p.m. at the intersection with Pleasanton Road.

Reports say that a motorcyclist lost his life after a truck turned left in front of him.

Authorities say that Herrera was riding his black and orange 2011 Harley-Davidson eastbound on Division Avenue, nearing the intersection with Pleasanton Road.

At that same intersection, the driver of a silver 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, also traveling east on Division Avenue, made a left turn onto Pleasanton, cutting in front of Herrera.

Unable to avoid the truck, Herrera collided with the vehicle and suffered severe injuries. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Silverado’s driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with authorities. No charges are pending, as the driver was found not to be under the influence.
