56-Year-Old Lewiston Man Hospitalized after Struck by Car on 5th and Poplar Streets
CLARKSTON, WA (March 13, 2018) – A 56-year-old man was struck and injured by a hit-and-run driver, on the intersection of 5th Street and Poplar Street, on Tuesday.
The victim was identified as Lewiston man, Henry Franco. He seriously injured in the collision and transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
Police officials believe that the suspect vehicle is a black Chevrolet Tahoe, that was last seen driving northbound on 5th, next to the Costco Warehouse Store. There is no description of the male driver at this time.
Investigation continues by the Washington State Patrol. Authorities search for the vehicle and driver involved and ask for the public’s help in locating the suspect.
