GRAND PRAIRIE, TX (October 20, 2024) – Saturday morning, authorities arrested Hector Garcia after a fatal DUI crash on South Highway 360.

The incident happened around 2:00 a.m. in the 4500 block of South Highway 360 near Green Oaks Boulevard.

According to reports, a GMC SUV rear-ended a northbound Toyota passenger car with hazard lights on at a slow speed.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that the driver of the Toyota died in the crash.

Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the GMC, identified as 20-year-old Garcia, for intoxication manslaughter.
