CHP Investigates Motorcycle-SUV Collision at Apica Avenue
Oroville, CA (October 28, 2023) On Thursday evening, a motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries after a head-on crash on Highway 162.
According to the Oroville CHP, the motorcycle-SUV collision happened around 6:45 p.m. on Highway 162 at Apica Avenue just east of Oroville.
Reports say that an SUV collided with a motorcycle rider, causing the rider several broken bones, including a broken femur. Medics rushed the motorcyclist to Enloe Medical Center in Chico.
Authorities are investigating the motorcycle-SUV collision to find the probable cause of the incident.
