Tragic Head-On Crash on Castle Hot Springs Road Killed 2 People [Peoria, AZ]

Nivesh Mukka and Gouthan Parsi Dead After Crash on Castle Hot Springs Road in Peoria

Peoria, AZ (April 21, 2024) – Police identified the individuals who died in a head-on crash on Castle Hot Springs Road.

At around 6:15 p.m., Peoria police officers and the Peoria Fire and Medical Department responded to the crash on Castle Hot Springs Road, just north of State Route 74. 

A red Ford F-150 traveling north and a white Kia Forte heading south collided head-on. 

The crash claimed the lives of two passengers in the Kia Forte, 19-year-old Nivesh Mukka and 19-year-old Gouthan Parsi, both from India, who died from their injuries at the scene. 

Both the driver of the Kia Forte and the truck driver were taken to the hospital with serious injuries but have since been released. 

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the collision and have not determined whether speed or impairment were factors.
