DPS says that the 2-vehicle crash happened near 75th Avenue and Palm Lane Wednesday night.

Reports say that 2 vehicles collided head-on, the collision resulted in a man, a woman, and 2 children sustaining injuries and being transported to the hospital.

Authorities are investigating the 2-vehicle crash.
