Devonshire Avenue Collision Kills Harold Rodriguez Berrios
Hemet, CA (June 9, 2022) – On Wednesday, Harold Rodriguez, a 33-year-old motorcyclist from Hemet, died in a crash on North Sanderson Avenue.
The fatal collision happened at about 6:45 p.m. near Devonshire Avenue.
According to the investigators, Berrios was northbound on his Suzuki motorcycle when the driver of a southbound Ford Taurus on the four-lane corridor started to turn left going into a car wash.
Rodriguez struck the passenger side of the Ford. The impact threw Rodriguez onto the roadway and sustain injuries.
Right away, the paramedics rushed Harold Rodriguez to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley, where he succumbed to his injuries five hours later.
Moreover, the Ford driver immediately stopped after the Devonshire Avenue collision. Officers say he cooperated with their investigation. They say he did not sustain injuries from the accident.
“There was no indication of impaired driving, and no arrests were made,” officers say.
