IMPERIAL COUNTY, CA (September 15, 2022) – Wednesday, a deadly motorcycle crash on State Route 111 involved Guadalupe Diaz-Espinoza.
 
The incident occurred on September 14th on State Route 111 southbound, north of Beal Road.
 
According to reports, the crash involved a motorcyclist. Reports said that a 40-year-old man drove a 1987 Honda motorcycle eastbound on a private dirt road west of State Route 111. Then, he headed towards the direct path of the semi-truck.
 
Meanwhile, 31-year-old Guadalupe Diaz-Espinoza drove the 2019 Peterbuilt Semi-Truck with a utility trailer attached. Then, he struck the 40-year-old man said CHP.
 
As a result, the motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries and authorities declared him dead at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, officers confirmed that the motorcyclist failed to wear any safety gear or equipment. Moreover, the semi-truck driver was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.
