The Aftermath of a Tragic Accident
A motor vehicle accident is one of the leading causes of unintentional injury deaths in California.
It is clear now more than ever that one person’s negligence can have devastating effects on other individuals. This is quite common in accidents that result in death. Furthermore, the family of the victim is likely entitled to significant compensation via a wrongful death claim.
“Our goal is to safeguard the legal rights of families in the wake of catastrophic accidents. Although nothing can bring back a victim, we work to protect the future of our clients, securing them from further losses,” explains Mark Sweet, of Sweet Lawyers.
