2 People Hurt in Cooper County Auto Accident on Tuttle Road near Sunbank Drive
COOPER COUNTY, MO (July 29, 2024) – Saturday night, Grant Petree and Timothy Brink sustained injuries in a crash on Tuttle Road.
The incident happened around 10:47 p.m. on Tuttle Road, just east of Sunbank Drive.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a vehicle failed to negotiate a turn, veered off the right side, and rolled over.
Moreover, responders airlifted the driver of the vehicle, identified as 45-year-old Petree to University Hospital with serious injuries. Then, Cooper County EMS transported a passenger of the vehicle, identified as 30-year-old Brink to University Hospital with minor injuries.
Furthermore, officers confirmed that both occupants of the vehicle were not wearing seatbelt at the time of the incident.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the MSHP continued to investigate the crash.
