Phoenix, AZ (November 23, 2022) On Monday evening, a deadly hit-and-run crash on Grand Avenue claimed the life of a man.
Phoenix police says that the fatal pedestrian crash happened at about 7 p.m. northwest of 35th Avenue and Indian School Road.
Reports say that a northwest bound vehicle fatally struck the man in the curb lane on Grand Ave. Afterward, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene without renedring aid to the fallen pedestrian.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Police are searching for the suspect driver and their vehicle. Officials are investigating the hit-and-run crash.
