The incident happened at around 10:00 p.m. at an apartment complex on Arlington Square Drive, near Galveston Road and Edgebrook Drive.
 
According to reports, a 1-year-old girl managed to get out of the home and was suspected to be struck by a vehicle. Then, the father of the child found her on the ground with unknown injuries
