MORENO VALLEY, CA (September 22, 2022) – Early Wednesday morning, Gil Revoir died in a pedestrian crash on Perris Boulevard near Bay Avenue.
 
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened at around 12:50 a.m. Also, the collision occurred on Perris Boulevard, just north of Bay Avenue.
 
Reports revealed that a 2014 Kia Optima struck an 81-year-old pedestrian who was in the roadway. Then, the vehicle driver stopped and remained at the scene and waited for the authorities.
 
Moreover, responders performed life-saving measures but to no avail. Paramedics pronounced the victim, Gil Revoir of Moreno valley, dead at the scene.
 
Furthermore, authorities said that it is still unknown why the victim was walking along the roadway.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remained under investigation.
