SANTA CRUZ, CA (September 8, 2022) – Sunday morning, authorities arrested Gial Paul Cardona following a single-vehicle crash on East Cliff Drive.
 
The incident occurred at 5:19 a.m. on East Cliff Drive and the San Lorenzo River Railroad Bridge.
