German Juarez of Los Angeles Arrested in Fatal Crash on Seal Beach Boulevard [Seal Beach, CA]

Seal Beach, CA (November 06, 2021) – On Thursday, a woman died while police arrested 29-year-old German Juarez of Los Angeles in a DUI crash on Seal Beach Boulevard.

The fatal crash occurred about 3:40 p.m. at the intersection with St. Andrews Drive, near the Leisure World retirement community.

The Orange County Fire Authority paramedics rushed Juarez, a female driver, and a passenger to a hospital for medical treatment.   

Unfortunately, the female driver who was driving one of the vehicles died at the hospital. Officers withheld her name pending notification of her next of kin.

The unidentified passenger suffered non-fatal injuries. It was unclear in which vehicle the passenger had been riding.

Meanwhile, Juarez sustained minor injuries. Officers arrested him for driving under the influence and manslaughter. They  booked him into the Orange County Jail following his release.
