San Bernardino, CA (April 24, 2021) -On Thursday, Gerardo Mendoza, a 26-year-old resident of Barstow, died in a two-vehicle crash on Dale Evans Parkway.
 
Officers responded to the crash scene at 9:26 p.m. at the intersection of Stoddard Wells Road, in the Town of Apple Valley.
 
When they arrived, they declared Mendoza, driver of one of the vehicles dead on the scene.
 
The San Bernardino County Sheriff Department Major Accident Investigation Team continues to investigate the fatal incident.
