87-Year-Old Man Identified as Victim Killed in Pedestrian Crash near San Miguel Drive
NEWPORT BEACH, CA (October 26, 2019) – Authorities identified 87-year-old George Stryker of Newport Beach, as the victim killed in a pedestrian accident on MacArthur Boulevard, Saturday evening.
According to the Newport Beach Police Department, the incident happened at about 6:15 PM. The victim was walking at MacArthur Boulevard and San Miguel Drive when a vehicle struck him.
Unfortunately, Stryker died before first responders could transport him to a hospital. Meanwhile, police officials declined to immediately release some additional details about the driver.
