Gayle Anderson Injured in Crippling Vehicle Crash on Cohasset Road [Chico, CA]

1 Person Hospitalized in Chico Auto Accident on Cohasset Road and Richardson Springs Road

CHICO, CA (October 22, 2023) – Thursday night, Gayle Anderson sustained injuries in a crippling vehicle crash on Cohasset Road.

The incident happened at around 6:16 p.m. on Cohasset Road and Richardson Springs Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a tan Toyota Tacoma struck a bicyclist for still unknown reasons. Then, the Toyota continued traveling after the crash and crashed down an embankment.

Moreover, responders transported the victim, identified as 55-year-old Anderson, to Enloe Hospital with serious injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
