Gavin Foster Killed in Head-On Crash on Highway 12 [Pasco, WA]

1 Dead and 4 Injured in Pasco Auto Accident on Highway 12 near Wallula Junction 15

 
PASCO, WA (November 2, 2022) – Sunday morning, Gavin Foster died in a head-on crash on Highway 12 near Wallula Junction 15.
 
The incident happened at around 2:45 a.m. on Highway 13 near Wallula Junction 15.
 
According to reports, 19-year-old Gavin S. Foster of Walla Walla drove a Nissan 200SX west on Highway 12 and was less than a mile from the Wallula Junction 15 miles. Then, his car drove across the center line and struck Adrianna M. Rodriguez, a Kennewick teen driving a Ford F250 pickup.
 
After the crash, responders took Foster via ambulance to Kadlec where he later succumbed to his injuries.
 
Officer confirmed that Gavin Foster wore his seat belt at the time of the crash.
 
Meanwhile, officers said that Rodriguqez and her three teen passengers failed to wear their seatbelts. Her passengers included 19-year-old Samantha G. Castaneda of Pasco plus a 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl.
 
By Sunday, authorities confirmed that Rodriguez was in satisfactory condition. However, the conditions of her passengers remained unavailable.
 
At this time, they haven’t identified whether alcohol played a role in the crash.
 
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
