SUV Driver Gary Bowlen Injured in Vehicle Crash on Odell Avenue [Marshall, MO]

Marshall, MO (October 7, 2024) – An SUV driver, Gary Bowlen, was injured in a vehicle crash on Odell Avenue Thursday afternoon.

It was about 2 p.m. when the two-vehicle crash happened at the intersection with Highway 240.

Investigators said a car driven by Linzee Rank failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed onto the driver’s side of an SUV driven by Gary Bowlen.  

Bowlen’s vehicle traveled off the road before it finally stopped.  Rank’s car, on the other hand, spun and rested in the westbound lane of 240. 

Bowlen was taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital with moderate injuries.  

Rank incurred minor injuries in the crash.
