Driver Arrested after Hitting Teen Who Threw Food at His Mercedes-Benz
CHULA VISTA, CA (October 7, 2019) – Authorities identified 41-year-old Garrett Perry as the driver arrested after reportedly striking a teen cyclist on Lane Avenue, Monday evening.
According to the Chula Vista Police Department, the incident happened at about 5:45 PM. Two teenagers, 14 and 15, allegedly threw food at Perry’s Mercedes-Benz sedan near East Lake Country Club.
