BAKERSFIELD, CA (December 13, 2019) – A 24-year-old woman died in a pedestrian accident on Columbus Street on December 11.
 
According to reports, the Kern County coroner’s officers identified the pedestrian that got hit by a vehicle as 24-year-old Gabrielle Arroyo.
 
The accident happened at 11:50 p.m. in the 2800 block of Columbus Street. Responders took Gabrielle Arroyo to Kern Medical where she succumbed to her injuries.
 
Police did not release any additional information regarding the accident at this time. However, an investigation is ongoing.
