Gabino Garcia-Chavez Dead in San Jose Pedestrian Accident on Highway 101
San Jose, CA (September 17, 2020) – On Saturday night, Gabino Garcia-Chavez, 38, was struck and killed on Highway 101 at McKee Road.
The authorities received a report of the crash at about 8:00 p.m. Highway 101.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
